PIERRE BOURNE IN BOSTON
Yo Pi’erre, you wanna come out here ?
On November 22, 2021, the New York-based producer and rapper Pierre Bourne hit the stage at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston. 30 minutes prior to doors opening, we had already seen a massive line outside ecstatic to watch this artist perform. Known for his unique set of followers, fans of Pierre are super dope, fun, and usually pretty down-to-earth.
Doors opened at 7:30 PM and people started flooding in. The house was packed. Everyone got hyped from the opener a DJ who went by the stage name “Tofu”. Followed by an amazing performance from Boston-based artist Chavo. If you haven’t already check out his song - Michigan.
The opening performance was great but we all know who the real show was. After Chavo’s performance, you could hear the crowd shouting “Yo Pierre!” excited for him to come out. Around 9:30 PM Pierre jumped on stage emphatically. You could easily feel the energy in the room. Pierre did not disappoint the sold-out crowd.
It was quite fascinating watching him perform and DJ himself. He is quite the phenomenon and you can tell he understands his music very well. It’s been interesting to see how Pierre has maneuvered and leveraged his producer status in his own projects. There's something so unique about him and this was only further solidified seeing him in person. We talked to Pierre and tried getting him to drop and finish some certain leaks/unreleased tracks - if you know you know. We’re excited to see what's next all things Pierre after a very successful TLOP5. He finishes his American tour this weekend at Rolling Loud.
Pierre Bourne is Constellation confirmed.
